Our construction process

Prior to the construction process, you will have an orientation meeting with our project manager to see what the options are for your medical, residential or commercial pool.

After reaching an agreement with the client as to which product and associated options fall within the project scope, it is important that Tieleman is provided with the required construction drawings. These construction drawings are thoroughly analyzed, so Tieleman is able to design a detailed 3-D design.​

You will receive a 3-D computer generated design before the production starts. This realistic render allows you to see all the elements of the pool design. At this stage, you can still make modifications and improvements with the architect or contractor. Once the design is approved, strength calculations and technical drawings are made.

Once the 3-D design and technical drawings have been approved, the production starts. Components such as movable floors, stainless steel pools and pool lifts each require specific knowledge and expertise. At Tieleman, all these components are produced in-house and tested by our own well trained experts.

After the production is completed, our experts start the on-site installation. On the construction site, Tieleman works together with the (local) pool builder and other third parties involved. On site, it is important that there is proper access to all facilities related to the pool.

During the completion, a Tieleman expert will check along with you that the installation is working properly and safely. You will then receive manuals and instructions on the proper use of the installation, after which the project is finally completed and the pool is ready for use.

In case of any malfunctions, you can contact the Tieleman office where you will be immediately connected to a service technician. If the malfunction cannot be solved over the phone, Tieleman will ensure that a service technician is on site as soon as possible.
